Sorted it out, thanks. Ports on the server and the client didn't match. Changed the port of the client to match the port of the server and viola... Oh, and I did mention in the original post that the client and the server are running on the same machine.

Alright, restarting the PC didn't make a difference, with the client connecting to the server. The error, however, hasn't popped up again. No errors, but the client still isn't connecting to the server. Haven't made any settings changes.

I'll give that a shot soon as I land. But, this happened after switching my PC on for the 1st today, all excited to get flying. It's the 1st time I've seen this since purchasing.

In my server settings, IP is set to any (running client and server on the same computer), and i keep getting this really annoying error that stops the client from connecting to the server. Please see attached.

Nevermind, got it sorted. Just had to update the server to the latest build.

Hi, I just bought and installed the EFB v2, but I can't get it to work. I then proceeded to building the database, running both the client and the server as admin. For some reason, according to the server, the client keeps timing out. The client is apparently waiting for the server, but the server is obviously running. Any help would be greatly appreciated...
