  1. Hi Urs, I have found the problem and feel so silly because it is very simple. The installation folder in the Simulators section of the data provider was incomplete. It was: "D:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin". It was missing the final part - "\prepar3d v4". Once I added that everything is working perfectly. I should have seen that earlier. Sorry to have wasted your time on this. Thanks, Graeme
  2. Hi Urs, Thanks for your response. The path which appears to be called by scenery.cfg is wrong. The full path should be "D:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3d v4\Scenery\World". All the other reported missing files are there. It says the path is listed in scenery.cfg but I do not see any path called out in the scenery.cfg. Where do we go from here? Graeme
  3. I cannot open flight plans because the airports are not in the database. I know there are numerous postings about this and I have looked at them all but I'm still unable to work out what is happening. EFB used to work with no problem, the only thing that has changed is loading Orbx FTX scenery. I have attached the Data Provider and Display Unit log files and also my scenery.cfg file. The following error probably holds the key but I am unable to work out why: "2018-06-10 21:50:38.540 Warning Folder D:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Scenery\World which is listed in scenery.cfg doesn't exist." This is one error line of several, all stating different files do not exist. My data provider is pointing to this for scenery.cfg: C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4 Appreciate if anyone can help. Graeme Moir scenery.cfg DataProviderLogfile.txt DisplayUnitLogfile.txt
