Nothing, it starts, but doesn't show any ATC information.....

Okay, makes sense....but why am I not getting any ATC information , but my buddy does?

Good day, Please see attached my error mesage. I have the latest version. I have uninstalled and re-installed a new version from your website. I have checked my configuration multiple times. I have even retrieved the IVAO files from a friend, which is also running the latest version to replace mine (for if the file integrity got busted for some reason) but to no avail.
